Mockup Terms

These terms apply when you ask Untanglead for a free website mockup for a dealership. Requesting a mockup is free and doesn't commit you to anything.

1. Authorization

By checking this box, I confirm that I am authorized to act on behalf of this dealership and authorize Untanglead to reference our current website, use our logo, analyze our brand style, and use dealership-owned or dealership-authorized listing photos, descriptions, details, and related materials solely to create a website mockup, proposal, or demonstration for our dealer.

2. Scope of use

To build your mockup, Untanglead may:

• view and reference the publicly available pages of your dealership’s current website;
• copy and display your dealership’s name, logo, colors, typefaces and general brand style;
• copy and display dealership-owned or dealership-authorized listing photos, descriptions, specifications, pricing and related details.

We use these materials only inside the mockup, proposal or demonstration we prepare for your dealership. The mockup is shared privately with you and anyone you choose to share it with. We don’t publish it, make it available to search engines, show it to other dealerships, or use it in our own marketing without your separate written permission.

We keep a mockup and the materials used to build it for up to 12 months from your request, or until you ask us to remove them, whichever comes first.

3. Ownership & takedown

Your dealership’s materials, including its name, logo, trademarks, photos and content, remain the property of your dealership or its licensors. This authorization doesn’t transfer any ownership of them to Untanglead.

The mockup’s design, layout, code and the Untanglead technology behind it remain Untanglead’s property. The mockup is a preview for your evaluation, not a license to use its design, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

You can ask us to take down a mockup at any time by emailing hello@untanglead.com. We’ll remove the mockup and the materials we gathered for it within 10 business days and confirm when it’s done. If you learn that a request was made without your dealership’s authorization, or that any material belongs to someone else, tell us and we’ll remove it promptly.
