These terms govern your use of untanglead.com, including the Websites, VerifiedBoater and Luminous pages (the “site”), operated by Null, Inc. d/b/a Untanglead (“Untanglead,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. Our products and services, including the dealer platform, are provided under separate agreements.

Using the site

You may browse the site and use its forms for their intended purpose: learning about Untanglead and contacting us. Please don’t misuse it. That includes trying to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, scraping it in bulk, submitting false information, or using it to send spam.

Information on the site

We work to keep the site accurate, but it’s provided for general information. Pricing and product descriptions are subject to change and aren’t an offer or a contract; any purchase is governed by a separate written agreement.

Demonstrations on the site, including “Acme Boats,” sample dealers, people, boats, specifications, prices and leads, are illustrative. Some are fictional or modified, and none is an offer to sell a boat. Untanglead is a marketing technology company, not a boat dealer or seller.

Results and case studies

Case studies and figures, including those for marineconnection.com, describe what happened for a specific business over a specific period. They aren’t a promise or guarantee of results for any other business. Past performance doesn’t guarantee future results.

Requesting a free mockup is subject to our Mockup Terms. A mockup is free and carries no obligation to buy.

Your submissions

When you send us information through the site, you confirm that it’s accurate and that you have the right to share it. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.

Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, design, graphics, software, and the Untanglead, Websites by Untanglead, VerifiedBoater and Luminous names and logos, belong to Untanglead or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify or reuse them, except as the law allows or with our written permission.

Other names and trademarks on the site, including those of manufacturers, dealers, marketplaces, DMS and CRM providers and award organizations, belong to their respective owners. Their appearance doesn’t mean they endorse, sponsor or are affiliated with Untanglead, unless we say so.

Links to other sites

The site links to and loads content from other websites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Untanglead won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
